last glimpses of the beach

We had some great weather on our last day at the Holiday Inn on Wrightsville Beach.

                                 Hung out on the playground, looked for treasures in the sand..

                                                        ...played in the chilly waves...

                             ...even had a picnic lunch, courtesy of the hotel's take-out menu!

Did I mention the weather was gorgeous?
